SMS Terms & Opt-In

Aura Rewards sends text messages to members who opt in. This page describes the program, the messages you can expect, and how to stop them at any time.

Aura Rewards sends recurring automated marketing and transactional text messages, including reward download reminders and transactional account alerts about your rewards activity.

Message frequency varies based on your account activity and rewards.

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

How to opt in

Opt-in happens inside the Aura Rewards mobile app. On the Personal Info screen, you enter your mobile number and turn on “Text me reward reminders & account alerts.” Turning on that control next to the disclosures below, then saving, records your explicit consent to receive the messages described above. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of earning rewards.

The in-app consent control presents these same disclosures (program description, frequency, message and data rates, and STOP/HELP instructions) directly beside the opt-in toggle. It appears in the app exactly as reproduced below:

How to opt out or get help

Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help. You can also turn the consent control off in the app to stop messages.

Privacy & terms

For details on how we handle your information, see our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. We do not share your mobile opt-in data or consent with third parties for their own marketing.
